Links and UB Learns#
Brightspace does have a bit of a “gotcha” when using links to other password protected services.
When copying and pasting links in UB Learns, the link needs to be set so that it opens in a New Window. If not, students (and you) may see an error message.
UB Learns Links
Make sure all links directed outside of UB Learns are set to open in a New Window:
Select the link, click link editor, and make sure the box “Open in New Window” is checked.
